At 9:14pm last night (NZ time) Kensington Palace shared the news on their official Twitter account that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were expecting their third child.
Their official statement said: "Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child.
The news caused excitement all over the world so of course people couldn't wait to hear what the Royal Family had to say about the great news.
Prince Harry was approached by media asking what he thought about the news.
Harry seemed in a rush but answered with: "Fantastic, great, very, very happy for them," in a video shared by The Daily Express' royal correspondent.
When asked how Kate is doing, Prince Harry replied, "I haven't seen her for a while but I think she's okay."
Kate has had to cancel a visit to the Hornsey Road Childrens Center due to her suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum also known as acute morning sickness.
Kate had the same symptons during her first two pregnancies as well.
