Sam Smith has treated fans to a beautiful performance of a modern classic, Coldplay's 'Fix You'.
"Thank you @Coldplay for writing such a beautiful song," Sam wrote on Twitter with a link to the stripped-down performance.
Funny enough, while Sam covered this song perfectly, Sam's never seen Coldplay singer Chris Martin perform the sogn live.
"I've never actually seen Chris Martin perform this live, but I really want to, because I've fallen in love with this song after singing it," Sam said, sharing that while in lockdown, they had "really weirdly fallen in love with singing again. I've been singing so many different songs, songs that aren't my own."
