Sir Rod Stewart isn't slowing down any time soon!

Despite the iconic singer revealing he is currently in remission after a 3 year battle against prostate cancer, Sir Rod is celebrating his half-century making music by releasing a brand new album.

The album is called 'You're In My Heart: Rod Stewart with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra' and it is tipped to be a greatest hits album with a twist.

The album will feature the vocals from Rod Stewart songs we know and love with new arrangements performed by The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

Not only that, but the album will include a new version of 'It Takes Two' featuring Robbie Williams, and a brand-new song titled 'Stop Loving Her Today'.

The album will be released November 22 in two editions. Produced by Trevor Horn, it features hits including 'Sailing', 'I Don't Want to Talk About It' and 'Maggie May'.
