Just three years after his sudden death, Prince's Estate has blessed Prince fans with a brand new posthumous single, 'Holly Rock'.

Prince recorded the song at Sunset Sound studios in LA in April 1985, the same week he recorded 'Kiss' for his Parade album.

The release of the new single comes just a couple of months after Prince's Estate announced they would be releasing a whole new album of the singer's music.

The album, Originals, is made up of 15 songs Prince originally recorded before handing off to his fellow artists. These hits include “Manic Monday” (The Bangles), “Nothing Compares 2 U” (The Family/Sinéad O’Connor), and “The Glamorous Life” (Sheila E.).

Prince originally recorded ‘Holly Rock’ for 1985 film Krush Groove, with the new video created by Electric Light Studios in London.
