The weather bomb taking hold across New Zealand is wreaking havoc on roads and rivers

The heavy rain warning for the headwaters of the Canterbury lakes and rivers and come to fruition.
The West Coast appears to have been struck the hardest by the 'bomb low'.
The west coast town of Stillwater has been flooded by the 300mm of rain that has fallen since the storm began.
