NO BAKE BANOFFEE PIE
Yield: 4 puddings | Time: 10 mins
Ingredients
225gms Digestive biscuits( or another if you have a favourite)
120gms butter melted
1tin of Nestles condensed caramel
300mls cream
2-3 bananas
Banana chips (optional)
Grated chocolate (optional)
Method
Blend biscuits to a crumb and the melted butter and pulse to combine.Spoon the mix evenly between individual glasses or if you like make a big one and use a 20cm loose bottom tart tin.
Press mix in firmlyand pop in fridge for about half an hour.
Give the tinned caramel a whisk as it’s a better consistency afterwards. Spread some on top of the biscuit. Arrange a layer of sliced banana on top of the caramel.
Whip the cream to soft peaks and dollop on top of the banana.
Decorate with a banana chip or 2 and some chocolate shavings if you like.
