Jeanette from our Breeze Auckland team baked these yummy Christmas treats which were not only super yummy but it was also super easy to make!

Here are the recipes for Blondie Rocky Road and Christmas cracker:
Blondie Rocky Road
Ingredients:
- Whittaker's Blondie chocolate
- Malteasers
- Marshmallows
- Almonds
Method:
Melt the Blondie chocolate. Add Maltesers, marshmallows, and almonds, and mix it.
Set in the fridge and you've got the Blondie Rocky Road!
Christmas Crack
Ingredients:
- Saltine crackers (Jeanette used Arnott's Salada)
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Chocolate
- White Chocolate
Method:
Place saltine crackers on a baking tray.
Melt butter and brown sugar and then pour them onto the saltine crackers.
Bake them at 180C for 5 minutes or until lightly golden. (Note: It can burn quickly so keep a close watch on it while it's in the oven)
Next, add some chocolates to it and it should just melt.
Drizzle melted white chocolate to give it a design.
Then decorate it with red and green sprinkles for a festive feel.
