Jeanette and Producer Braydon from our Breeze Auckland team tried out Dolly Parton's character Truvy's 'Cuppa Cuppa Pudding' from the movie 'Steel Magnolia'.
It only has three ingredients and it's a 'cuppa' of each. So simple, easy and delish!
Here's the ingredients to make a 'Cuppa Cuppa Pudding'
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup tinned fruit salad with juice
- Add the sugar, self raising flour and the tinned fruit salad with juice in a bowl
- Stir it all together
- Pre heat oven to 180C
- Grease cake tin or pie dish
- Bake until golden, around 45 minutes
Serve with ice cream (optional, but recommended).
