Ali here! I've been playing in the kitchen and trying to dream up uses for all the leftover ham we've had post-gatherings. Wanting to elevate the classic ham toastie, I've created this sandwich combination that has been requested again and again!
Special note - I use sourdough bread for this, but it can always be substituted for other breads.
Ingredients
- Sourdough
- Ham
- Pineapple
- Cheese
- sprinkle of dried Oregano
- sprinkle of Chilli flakes
- shake of Salt and Pepper
- a decent layer of Basil leaves
and toast in your sandwich press - Delicious!
