1ST MARTON SCOUT GROUP INFORMATION OPEN DAY
Come along to our information and open day on Sunday the 12th of July from 10am-3pm and see what exciting things as an adult and a youth member you can do at 1st Marton Scout Group. We will have several activities on the day to make and take. There will also be a sausage sizzle to keep you nourished and a raffle.

Are having a BBQ and Bake Sale to raise money to help out the community with addictions. Come to Countdown Feilding from 10:30am on the 13th July and buy some baked goods or a sausage. Lots of awesome raffles. We will also have someone with us that can assist you or someone you love with free advice about the support group.

The local crafters market is at the Feilding Civic Centre between 10am and 3pm on the 18th of July pop along and support our local small businesses while you’re at it.
with over 30 stalls of handmade products, crafts and food there is something for everybody.

The Palmerston North Bird Club is holding a Bird Sale on Sunday 19th July from 8.30am to 12 noon at the Palmerston North Community Leisure Centre. A wide variety of different birds will be available for purchase

HUNTERVILLE HOCKEY HALF
Participate in a virtual run/walk half marathon to raise money for Hunterville Hockey. Starting Friday 17th July until Sunday 19th July take part in this 21km virtual run/walk. Do it all in one day or spread the distance out over 3 days. Fill out the registration form, make your payment of $25pp and then decide where you're going to run or walk your 21km. - welcome patients, whānau, family and visitors to Palmerston North Hospital
- help people with directions or escort them to appointments
- assist people in need during their visit to the hospital
- help keep public areas tidy and welcoming
- assist with the evacuation of people from the building during a fire alarm
- help with other tasks agreed with the coordinator
- work a four hour shift weekly or fortnightly
- benefit from full training and orientation.
