It's no secret that Prince Harry's dad, Prince Charles is a vocal environmentalist. It is something both William and Harry have said has had a significant influence on them while they were growing up and how they live their lives now.

In a recent interview, Nacho Figueras, a professional polo player and good friend of the Duke of Sussex, divulged that Prince Harry requests no plastic when staying at hotels.

Figueras recently spoke with CBS This Morning about the royal couple, saying he believes they’re often “misinterpreted.” He used his recent stay with Prince Harry as an example saying:

“[Prince Harry] was there and we were at the hotel where we spent the night before the game,” Figueras said to CBS This Morning.

“He talked to a person and said, ‘This morning I got my coffee and I saw that you have a plastic thing on the coffee. And then I also sent my shirt and I got my shirt in a big plastic bag.’” Then, Figueras said Prince Harry added, “Can we please not use the plastic?”

"So that’s this guy, OK,” Figueras said. “I don’t like to talk about that at all, that’s who he is. That's who they are. No plastic.”

Not only is Prince Harry the Prince of the people, he is also the Prince of the Earth!
