Robert Scott caught up with the man behind the iconic, Mrs Brown, Brendan O'Carroll.
O'Carroll not only plays the character of Mrs Brown but also created the hilarious sitcom, Mrs Brown's Boys that has been around since 1992.
He joined Robert on the phone to chat about his upcoming NZ shows and what it's like when people see him out in public not in his costume.
He also talks about the fact that he never intended on playing the part of Agnes Brown but when the woman who was meant to play the part got sick, O'Carroll covered for her until she got better. He stayed in the role when people realised how funny he was.
For the Love of Mrs Brown heads to NZ in late February through until March 2018.
