Ali's homemade spaghetti

This is a recipe that can be halved.

Ingredients

  • 4.5kg tomatoes
  • 900g onions
  • 1c sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp or 2 tbsp curry powder

Boil up until mushy and then mouli or put in blender.

Put back in pan and add 500g melted butter and 6tbsp flour.

Cook until ingredients are mixed together.

Add 450g cooked spaghetti.

Either bottle or it also freezes well.
