Ed Sheeran could quit music after his Divide Tour
Ed Sheeran has had a massive year so far, breaking records worldwide and in NZ with his latest album, Divide.
Now sources close to Ed Sheeran have said he plans to take a break to live a 'more normal life'.
The source spoke to the Daily Star about his plans once the world tour is over and said he wants to take a back seat, or could even quit music forever.
The source said: “Ed has pretty much achieved everything there is to achieve in music."
He absolutely loves what he does and is riding the wave of his success at the moment, but at the same time he wants a more normal life.
Divide has surpassed a million sales in the UK and spent 13 weeks at the number one spot with single “Shape of You,” is currently on tour in the UK.
In January he released two brand new songs, Castle on the Hill and Shape of You after a year long break.
