French Roast Lamb
2 ½ - 3 kg leg of lamb
2 large cloves garlic
75 g French mustard
1 Tbsp rosemary
½ tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp olive oil
Crush the garlic and mix well with the mustard, herbs, ginger and Worcestershire Sauce.
Slowly add the olive oil, stirring constantly, until it’s a thick paste.
Brush over lamb and bake at 180 deg C for approximately 2 hours to 2 hours 20 minutes.
