2. Sunscreen is the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth. Use at least SPF 15 every day. UV radiation is the major source of skin cancer and will speed up the aging process of the skin.
3. You can get a prettier complexion while you sleep...with retinoids. Vitamin-A derivative prescription retinoids are still the top choice when stimulating new collagen, exfoliating your pores, and encouraging cell turnover is on your to-do list.
