The New Zealand Dance Company presents: Lumina

Featuring three incomparable works spearheaded by three dynamic artistic teams, Lumina is a spectacle of light sound and music:

In transit, by Louise Potiki-Bryant and Paddy Free, is a vivid reflection of the traces left behind in the Maori ritual of encounter.

Malia Johnstone and Eden Mulholland bring you Brouhaha, where a bold, loud and rich world is created in which dancers are explorers of colour, and artful unravellers of rawness and refined beauty.

Stephen Shropshire and Chris O’Connor have joined forces to create The Geography of Archipelago, featuring a trio of dancers as three different version of the truth searching for destiny. This work explores the emotions that accompany exile and belonging.
