The Breeze Walking Festival 2014!


Put spring in your step and head along to The Breeze Walking Festival! From the 27th of September to the 5th of October the  there will be 38+ walks over Canterbury, there is something for everyone!

The Breeze will be at four key walks with a Vintage Lounge and some healthy snacks! 

Tou Olo O Saele – Let’s Walk, Let’s Bounce!

Sat 27 Sept 9am-2pm

Pacific youth, families, nanas and poppas walking for fun. Entertainment, info, celebrity guests, food and music completes this big day out.

Walk by the River

Sun 28 Sept 10am, 11am, noon, 1pm and 2pm

Guided riverside walks include children's activities and the Future Christchurch showcase.

NRG + presents The Great Dog Walk

Dogs must be on a lead and under control at all times.

Our Ever Evolving City

12 noon - 1pm Wednesday 1st October and Friday 3rd of October

If you haven't been into town in a while, and have heard about intriguing things being discovered, take note: Your city would like to meet you!Guided walks (1km)ending in New Regent Street by the Alhambra Garden. 

Meet: Re:START by the pods, corner Oxford Terrace and Lichfield Street, Central City.

Grade: Easy

Cancellations and post ponents: The Halswell to Victoria Park Epic Walk Sunday 28th September has been cancelled. 

*There are still places left for the Epic Southern Crater Rim Walk on Saturday the 4th of October from 10am to 1.30pm at Sign of the Kiwi carpark on Summit Road, Dyers Pass, Port Hills. Distance: 9km. Booking required call CCC on 941 8999.
